6 1/4″ X 5″ Dual action flasher. Slightly smaller than the Large Leo Flasher. Runs down to a slower speed and keeps spinning! Can run as an inline spinning flasher using front snap location, or deadly rolling action with a kick by using offset hole. Puts a deadly “kick” when running herring or any bait.
